BUNKERTOWN Roots rock and folkish songs about everyday life (ii.e.fantasical songs about the mundane) Tunes written Mark Anderson, fueled by hawk-eyed observation. Bunkertown has been a part of the Chicago music scene for over a decade and is currently working on another album. The music is a mutt of folk, rock, blues and ragtime country and inspirations may include Hammond or the restaurant eaten at last week. JODI WALKER BAND Jodi Walker is a recovering New Yorker who has been writing and performing in Berwyn since 2009. Jodi was the featured vocalist for the Eric Plaks Quartet (Cadence Records) from 2002-2009. She also performed with 3 of her 8 siblings as the lead singer for their mega party band The International Superstars in and around NYC from 2001-2009. Upon moving to Oak Park, Jodi and her husband, guitarist Dave Walker stumbled upon a flourishing creative community in Berwyn where Jodi was encouraged by the astoundingly talented and generous people she met to pick up a pen and mandolin and start writing. Her writing blends the influences of jazz, roots and funk to produce an eclectic sound as backdrop for her raw, quirky lyrics. IAN LEITH Born in West Texas, raised in Southern Illinois, seasoned in California and currently calling Chicago home, Ian Leith is on a "quest of endless possibilities with these here fingers."
